- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is complete procurement of all work, services and supplies within the project “V 00702 - Stará šdna Rousínov - construction work” within the Brownfield Regeneration Program for Business Regeneration for Business Use, call number: 2.8.3, project name: Stará Posta Rousínov, Project number 283 BF 04. Specifically, it is the reconstruction of the Old Post building in Rousínov according to the project documentation and the statement of the "Stará šdna Rousinov - comprehensive solutions including the restaurant" General designer PMA Architects s.r.o., Starobrněnská 33/16, 602 00 Brno, IČO 04400836, head engineer Ing. Jaromír Vjaclovský and other see project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”). All properties, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for work, which is Annex 3 of this tender documentation and in the project documentation, which together with the bill of Annex 4 of this tender documentation.
