- The subject of the contract is the replacement of lighting in the client's building at Geologicka 6, Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the building) according to the client's requirements, or in accordance with this Call. The scope and other conditions of execution of the Order, or the obligations of the participant in the procurement procedure (hereinafter also referred to as the ZŘ) are listed in the invitation tosubmitting an offer, especially in the draft Contract (Annex No. 6), or itemized budget (annex no. 7) and in the specification (annex no. 5), which form an annex to the Call.
