- The subject of the performance of the public contract for services is the conclusion of a framework agreement, which will be concluded with one participant as part of the procurement procedure for a duration of 24 months (2 years), the work consists in ensuring the routine maintenance of Class I roads and the D55 highway in the territory of the Zlin region, including their components andaccessories and ensuring road traffic safety, while these obligations result from Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, as amended, and Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Act on Roads, as amended of later regulations.
