- The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of the supporting and anchoring structures of photovoltaic panels and other devices of the photovoltaic power plant (PVE) including the assembly of photovoltaic panels on the structures and the connection of photovoltaic panels (so -called stringing) according to the specificationsstated in this documentation and in Annex 1 to this documentation. The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is also the implementation of related works to the extent and according to Annex 1 of this tender documentation (project documentation prepared by the company Zero-E s.r.o., with its registered office at Školska 228, 5353 Pardubice,IČO: 14416697).
The public contract does not include the supply of photovoltaic panels, transformers and inverters. The public contract also does not include the implementation of wiring, PVP control system, construction of roads and earthworks.There will be only a new device that was not the subject of depreciation, ie the contracting authority will be the first user of this device.
