- The subject of the public contract is the supply, consisting in the supply and assembly of gastro equipment for the operation of the Home with a special regime for people with dementia. As part of the supply of gastro equipment, it will be a complete equipment of the kitchen area.
The catering operation is designed to be multifunctional and maximally flexible. Priorsthe import of ready meals in thermoports from an external facility is therefore considered. Sufficient facilities are created for the handling, washing and storage of thermoports.
