- The subject of the procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) for the awarding of public contracts for the supply of furniture and similar products made of corrosion-resistant steel (hereinafter also "stainless steel" or "stainless steel") to the operations of the Pilsen University Hospital. This is mainly stainless steel custom productionfurniture for operating theaters and vestibules, counters and shelves made of stainless steel for catering, sinks, carts and other products made of stainless steel, according to the individual requirements of the client.
Dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic, open, system for routine purchases of supplies and services in the senseno. of Chapter III. (§ 138 to 142) of the Act.
The aim of the contracting authority is to have a wide range of suppliers who will be invited to submit bids for the implementation of partial public contracts and thus ensure, for the duration of the DNS, the continuous awarding of public contracts for the requested supplies in such a way as to ensure the maximumthe efficiency of the funds spent and the reliability of the deliveries made.
The duration of the established DNS will be 4 years.
