- The subject of the public contract is the processing of complete project documentation (including the interior design), construction and provision of energy management services for the building during the first 3 years of operation and operational guarantees for the achievement of selected target guaranteed parameters and financial compensation for thed their non-fulfilment by the contractor. As part of the project, in accordance with the spatial plan, a building with three above-ground floors is expected to be built to fulfill the function of a technical background and to park backup vehicles located on the area of the existing ZZS JMK parking lot. The public order will be implementedby the Performance Design method
