- The subject of the delivery is the continuous supply of fruit and vegetables specified in Annex No. 2 (Specification of the subject of performance and itemized budget) according to this call to individual establishments and canteens of CTU, including transport. see Appendix No. 3 (places of performance). Annex No. 2 lists the individual items that will beon the basis of individual orders, according to the needs of the contracting authority, delivered continuously for the duration of the public contract. The quantity of individual items listed in Annex No. 2 of this call is indicative only. The contracting authority is entitled to take a smaller quantity or even a larger quantity without impacting the unit pricež is entitled not to remove some items at all.
